Hi Class,

Charlotte and Wilbur have an amazing friendship, as we are learning in class. They help each other, are kind to one another, and comfort each other when comfort is needed.

For your homework during the break, find a book that tells about a wonderful friendship. Read the book carefully. Then write about the following:

-Who are the two friends?

-What makes their friendship special?

-What do they do for one another?

-Why is friendship so important in real life?

-In addition, please draw a picture of your favorite scene from the book, and be prepared to present this to the class and tell us why it is your favorite part.

I will miss you over the break, but I will look forward to hearing these book reports when we all get back!
