Hello,

We had so much fun together on Sunday! We read "What Was I Scared of?" by Dr. Seuss, and "There's a Nightmare in my Closet," by Mercer Mayer. We also made monsters out of play doh and googly eyes and fluffy pipe cleaners. We talked about how things that are scary can sometimes really just be silly. For homework this week, write at least ten sentences describing the spookiest, or silliest, dream you can imagine. Please illustrate your story. You may also write about the monster you made in class. Thanks!
